‘ Wine Lipstick features a transfer-resistant formula that easily lasts up to 12 hours and delivers ultra flexible, long lasting color in a variety of unique shades. The comfortable texture applies to lips like an ink, featuring intense color that goes on velvety but dries down matte. Use the doe foot applicator to precisely apply to lips as desired. The formula is slow to dry, which gives the flexibility to be creative with looks such as ombre lips, or layering a shadow / highlighter over the top.
