Sparkle Powder With Buildable Coverage
Apply these colors dry with a fluffy brush.
You can dampen a brush with LiquiSet and apply colors with even brush strokes. Add more LiquiSet to the mixture to dilute colors or reduce the concentration of liquid to enhance opacity.
Mix with Glitter Glue or similar adhesive to ensure that the pigments and glitters adhere firmly to the skin.
