Just Add Water
To use SUVA Hydra Liners, add water to the product and stir it up until you have the consistency you want. For an opaque pop of color, mix in only a drop or two of water and apply with your favorite eyeliner or concealer brush. Use setting powder and/or setting spray for extra long-lasting wear. Once dry, this liner doesn’t run, fade or transfer until washed off!
